INCOTEC can help you optimize your isoelectro-focusing gel electrophoresis. We provide pre-cast gels and protocols tailored to your specific varieties. We also have a range of tools that will increase the throughput of the amount of samples you can analyze without compromising quality. Included in our assortment is the "Terminator", a device that enables you to prepare 96 samples simultaneously within ample minutes. We also have Sample Applicator strips for applying 96 samples to a gel; depending on the type of staining you are using, sometimes two or three of these strips can be applied on one gel, making it possible to analyze up to 286 samples in one run! This is clearly a very cost-effective method of analyzing the quality of your seedlot. In addition, we sell Sample Punchers, which enable you to punch identical sized samples out of leaf or (large) seed material, that can subsequently be used in, for example, the Terminator or directly processed in DNA extraction.
