Vacancy: Advisor Quality
As Incotec's Advisor Quality you are the first point of contact for quality matters and you and your colleagues make sure our customers receive quality products.Through quality analysis you determine whether products meet the correct requirements, you identify trends in crops and you deal with the underlying problems. You also contribute to the development of new work methods to improve processes and products.
Educated to vocational level and have a background in physiology, have worked in the field of quality for at least 4 years and having experience in project management. You are proactive, accurate, positively critical and practical. You are enthusiastic about and energised by working in a quality environment and making a contribution to optimising processes and products. You are inquisitive, driven to ask questions, solve problems systematically and you know the importance of being able to prioritise and can put this into practice. Thanks to your analytical skills, you can process and interpret data and observations and convert these into practical proposals.
It is also important that you have social skills and are approachable, because in this position you interact with your team and advise colleagues on quality aspects within product and process.
