Incotec workshop at Seed meets Talent

During the Seed meets Technology job fair in Zwaagdijk on Thursday 25 September, Incotec will be giving a workshop on work happiness at 11:00 a.m. The workshop will be delivered by Peter Cock and Ysabel Meppelink, both happiness at work ambassadors at Incotec Europe, and is free of charge for exhibitors and companies affiliated with Seed Valley. How can working systematically on work happiness can benefit your company? How can it help you find and retain employees?

Although work happiness may sound soft, it is anything but. Happy people live longer, experience less stress, are less often ill and enjoy life more. As an employer, you can influence the happiness of your employees at work. That is why, in 2020, Incotec launched Work Happiness together with 14 happiness ambassadors. Work happines is measured annually, leading to structural improvements. However, happiness at work is a two-way street and requires active participation from employees too.

Anyone interested in visiting the job fair can register here for Seed meets Talent.

Work Happiness Ambassadors

Systematic approach to work happiness

Work happiness ambassador Peter Cock says: 'At Incotec, we are committed to work happiness all year round. What binds us and makes us unique is that we work together on a product we strongly believe in and are deeply committed to the company and each other. We want to strengthen that feeling with Happy@Incotec. Work happiness cannot be imposed from above; it is something you have to work on together.'
