Focus on balance during Work Stress Week at Incotec
For the third year in a row Incotec is addressing Work Stress Week. This year, the campaign is more topical than ever. There is widespread concern about the impact of corona, both mentally and physically. This is why Incotec is once again devoting a lot of attention to Work Stress Week, and this year's theme,‘balance’. Incotec is organizing various activities to create awareness for this problem and to help solve it. Managers are being trained with an interactive webinar on leadership in these times when looking after the well-being of employees is even more important than usual. In addition, there are various other activities for all employees.
For example, on Monday 16th and Wednesday 18th November there will be an online energizer session entitled Fun & Friends, given by Gea Peper of the Happiness Bureau. The subtitle on this session reads: Get the fire burning again in just half an hour. Gea Peper will also give the workshop Healthy Homeworking in which practical tips and inspiration will be given to help homeworking be as healthy and as pleasant as possible.
On Wednesday 18th of November there will be a webinar Mentally fit through corona times, conducted by Wendy Roozendaal, labour & organisation psychologist & sports psychologist. Again, with lots of practical tips that help to increase mental fitness.
On Thursday 19 November 70 employees will take part in the Global Challenge, a vitality programme in which people are encouraged, along with a team, to maintain or improve their health through, for example, taking 10,000 steps a day. Friday will be all about taking various internal training courses in the field of work stress and well-being.
